Gayle Curtis

Gayle joined Tinder Locksmith in early 2011 and refers to herself as a HARDWARE GEEK. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Gayle moved to Greenfield in 1970 and currently resides in Indianapolis. She has been involved in the door and hardware industry since 1984 in various capacities, working for hardware distributors, in direct sales and marketing for products including: Canadian Products, Artek H.M. Doors and Frames, Cambridge Wood Doors, Lawrence Hardware and more.

Accounting, sales, estimating, project management, purchasing are just some of the area of experience that Gayle brings to Tinder Co. besides a short stint as the office manager for a locksmith/security company. Her excellent project management skills have come into play in every position she has held and especially while working on large projects including the new Indianapolis Airport, large Detention centers, HSE Schools, Franklin Township Schools and many other large, involved door hardware projects.

Gayle and her best friend / husband Terry have a large, blended family which includes five grown children and eight grand children, most all living nearby. They enjoy camping, cooking and vacationing together. Additional passions include gardening, reading, traveling including regular trips back to Hawaii to visit other relatives.
 

Gayle is quite proud of her family and the traditions she has established including her famous CHRISTMAS Cookies. She also brags about her survival skills, weathering bad times, enjoying the good and making the best of every situation.
