Rock Star turned LOCK STAR!

Kelly joined Tinder Co. in 1996 and you won’t find a shop manager that greets you with a bigger smile or more caring nature! She is incredibly mechanically minded, some say “gifted and talented”. If she can’t find the right part to repair your lock she is willing and able to craft one in many cases.

Kelly brings experience from working at Felts Lock in Evansville IN. She has also held positions as Quality Control technician, Field Support Rep and Welding and Metal Finisher AND full time Drummer for several bands.

Yes, our Lock Star is truly a Rock Star! For six years Kelly traveled around the country as the drummer with a band called DRAMA QUEEN and is still involved with that group among others. So the dust has not had a chance to settle on her drumsticks! She is still very much involved as a professional drummer.

When not rockin’ and lockin’, Kelly spends time updating her home, gardening and caring for her two Yorkies, Deja and Bronson and “Max”, a Husky Shepherd mix. She also has Tyra the cat, a Splendid Parakeet and a Koi filled pond in her back yard. Kelly says “Koi” are much smarter than goldfish and she has trained hers to jump through hoops! Jumping through hoops is second nature to Kelly so training the Koi to do the same was easy!

She is proud of her Koi training ability as well as being a home owner, the upgrades she has accomplished on her home, proud of the accomplishments of the band, and of where she has been and where she is going in the security industry
